67 Seconds for Android
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how DyxotaGame (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use the mobile game 67 Seconds (the “Game”), published under the Android package name com.dyxotagame.seconds67.
1. Information stored on your device
The Game stores gameplay progress and preferences locally on your device. This may include your best survival time, completed-round count, language, music, sound-effect and vibration settings, and your advertising privacy choice. This information is used to provide and restore Game functionality. We do not operate a server that receives this locally stored gameplay information.
You can remove locally stored information by clearing the Game’s storage in Android settings or uninstalling the Game.
2. Advertising and third-party processing
67 Seconds displays interstitial and rewarded advertisements using Unity LevelPlay, an advertising mediation service provided by Unity. LevelPlay may select among the advertising networks configured for the Game. The currently configured mediated advertising networks are Unity Ads and Yandex Ads. Rewarded advertisements are requested only after an explicit player action in exchange for a described in-game benefit. Interstitial advertisements are shown at natural pauses in gameplay.
When the advertising service is initialized or advertisements are requested or shown, Unity LevelPlay and the advertising network selected to serve an ad may collect, process, and share information including:
- device or other identifiers, including identifiers assigned by advertising providers and the Android advertising identifier when available and permitted;
- technical device, network, and app information, such as IP address, device model, operating-system version, language, screen characteristics, app version, and package name;
- approximate location inferred from information such as an IP address or network connection;
- advertising interactions and delivery information, such as ad requests, impressions, clicks, dismissals, and reward events; and
- limited diagnostic, security, or performance information needed to deliver, measure, secure, and troubleshoot advertising services.
Advertising information may be processed for ad delivery and personalization, frequency capping, measurement and analytics, service security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and legal compliance. Information sent by the advertising SDKs is encrypted in transit. 67 Seconds does not add a separate custom analytics or crash-reporting service.
The Game does not request Android precise- or approximate-location permissions and does not provide GPS coordinates to advertising providers. Those providers may nevertheless infer approximate location from an IP address or similar network information.
3. Advertising consent and controls
Before the advertising service is initialized, the Game asks you to choose between non-personalized and personalized advertising where required. Your choice is stored locally and passed to Unity LevelPlay, which may pass the consent signal to mediated advertising networks that support its consent APIs. Where consent is required, personalized advertising is not requested unless you choose it.
You can withdraw or change your choice later through Settings → Privacy. A changed choice applies to future advertising requests. Android privacy and advertising settings may provide additional controls, including the ability to reset or delete the advertising identifier.
Unity and Yandex process advertising information under their own terms and policies. For details, review the Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy, the Unity Cookie and Advertising Policy, and the Yandex Ads Privacy Policy.
4. Information you send to us
If you contact us for support or make a privacy request, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, message, and attachments. We use it only to respond, investigate the issue, protect the Game, or comply with legal obligations. Please do not send sensitive personal information.
5. Legal bases and your choices
Depending on where you live, processing may rely on your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the Game, performance of a service you request, or compliance with law. You may change your advertising choice as described above and may use the privacy controls provided by Android and the advertising providers.
6. Data retention and deletion
Local gameplay data remains on your device until you clear the Game’s storage or uninstall it. Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to answer your request, resolve disputes, maintain security, and meet legal requirements.
Advertising information is retained by Unity, Yandex, and any applicable advertising partners according to their respective policies. You may email us to request access to or deletion of information we control, or for assistance with a request involving an advertising provider. We may need reasonable information to verify and locate the relevant records. See our Data Deletion Instructions for request steps and retention details.
7. Children’s privacy
67 Seconds is a general-audience reflex game and does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. We do not ask players to provide their age, name, contact information, or account details inside the Game. Advertising features and consent handling are configured according to the audience selected for the Game in its store listing and applicable platform requirements. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through a support request, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
8. International processing
Third-party providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Their processing is governed by their policies and applicable safeguards.
9. Security
We use reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game, its services, or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised policy on this page and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated inside the Game or through the store listing when appropriate.
