Beam for Android

Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how DyxotaGame (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use the mobile game Beam (the “Game”), published under the Android package name com.dyxotagame.beam.

Beam does not require an account and does not ask you to provide your name, address, phone number, or payment information inside the Game. The Game does use third-party analytics, attribution, mediation, and advertising SDKs that process technical and advertising-related data as described below.

1. Information stored on your device

Beam stores gameplay progress and settings, such as completed levels, audio preferences, and similar game state, locally on your device. This information is used to provide and restore Game functionality. We do not operate a server that receives this locally stored game progress.

You can remove locally stored information by clearing the Game’s storage in Android settings or uninstalling the Game.

2. Analytics and attribution

Beam uses MyTracker, an analytics and attribution service provided by VK LLC. MyTracker helps us understand installations, app launches, sessions, technical performance, and the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. The MyTracker SDK may process:

  • device and advertising identifiers, including the Android advertising identifier when available and permitted;
  • IP address and technical device or app information, such as device model, operating-system and app versions, language, screen characteristics, and network information;
  • app launches, session information, and gameplay or advertising events that we choose to report; and
  • diagnostic and performance information used to maintain, secure, measure, and improve the Game and campaigns.

Location tracking is disabled in our MyTracker configuration. Beam does not request Android precise- or coarse-location permissions and does not send GPS coordinates to MyTracker. Like any online service, MyTracker receives an IP address when the device connects to it.

For further details, review the MyTracker Privacy Policy and MyTracker Google Play data-safety information.

3. Advertising and mediation

Beam uses Unity LevelPlay to mediate interstitial and rewarded advertisements. The advertising networks currently available through this mediation setup include Unity Ads and Yandex Mobile Ads. The network that serves a particular advertisement may process and share:

  • device or other identifiers, including the Android advertising identifier when available and permitted;
  • IP address and approximate location inferred from it, but not precise GPS location supplied by Beam;
  • technical device and app information, including operating-system and app versions, language, screen or device characteristics, and diagnostics;
  • advertising requests, impressions, views, clicks, reward events, and other interactions within an advertisement; and
  • purchase-related or app-activity information where a particular advertising feature is enabled and such information is available.

This information may be used to deliver and personalize advertisements, measure advertising performance, provide analytics, limit ad frequency, prevent fraud, maintain security, troubleshoot services, and comply with legal obligations. The SDK providers state that covered data is encrypted in transit.

Before these SDKs are initialized for the first time, Beam asks whether data may be used for personalized advertising. If you decline, Beam sends a non-consent signal and requests non-personalized advertising where supported. Declining personalization does not disable advertising, basic ad measurement, fraud prevention, or MyTracker analytics and attribution.

Beam does not request Android precise- or coarse-location permissions for advertising. However, LevelPlay and advertising networks may derive approximate location, such as country or city, from the device IP address.

For further details, review the Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy, LevelPlay data-safety information, Unity Ads data-safety information, Yandex Ads Privacy Policy, and Yandex Mobile Ads data-safety information.

4. Information you send to us

If you contact us for support or make a privacy request, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, message, and attachments. We use it only to respond, investigate the issue, protect the Game, or comply with legal obligations. Please do not send sensitive personal information.

5. Legal bases and choices

Depending on where you live and the purpose of processing, processing may rely on your consent, our or a provider’s legitimate interests in operating, measuring, monetizing, and protecting the Game, performance of a requested service, or compliance with law.

Beam stores your advertising-personalization choice locally on your device and sends the selected consent signal to LevelPlay when advertising is initialized. You may withdraw or change this choice at any time by opening Settings → Privacy & Data in the Game. A changed choice applies to future advertising requests. You may also use Android privacy and advertising controls, including controls for the advertising identifier.

6. Data retention and deletion

Local gameplay data remains on your device until you clear the Game’s storage or uninstall it. Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to answer your request, resolve disputes, maintain security, and meet legal requirements.

Analytics, attribution, and advertising information is retained by MyTracker, Unity, Yandex, and any applicable advertising partner according to their respective policies. You may email us to request access to or deletion of information we control, or for assistance with a request involving these providers. We may need reasonable information to verify and locate the relevant records. See our Data Deletion Instructions for request steps, affected data, and retention details.

7. Children’s privacy

Beam is intended for adults and its Google Play target audience is set to users aged 18 and over. The Game is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

8. International processing

Third-party providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Their processing is governed by their policies and applicable safeguards.

9. Security

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game, its services, or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised policy on this page and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated inside the Game or through the store listing when appropriate.
