If you found a bug, have trouble with an advertisement or reward, or have a privacy question, email us at:
What to include
- a short description of what happened;
- the steps that led to the problem;
- your device model and Android version;
- the Hex Merge version shown in Google Play;
- a screenshot, if it helps explain the issue.
Do not include passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal information.
Privacy requests
Use the same email address with the subject Hex Merge Privacy Request. Describe whether your request concerns support correspondence, local game data, or advertising data. Local progress can be removed directly by clearing Hex Merge’s storage in Android settings or uninstalling the Game. For complete instructions, see the Hex Merge Data Deletion page.
Response time
We aim to review support and privacy messages within 14 days. Complex privacy requests may take longer where permitted by applicable law.
